Regenerative Bulk Beef Starter

Description

This starter share of bulk beef includes a representation of cuts from the whole animal and will feed a family of two for about 2-3 months. You’ll get to enjoy a little bit of everything including our best-selling steaks, comfort cuts and roasts, and other incredible, nutrient-dense parts of the cow.

Our animals are humanely raised on healthy soils and are completely grass-fed and finished. Our very own staff butcher works with our USDA processor to cut and pack your order. What is delivered to your door is the very best that each animal has to offer – from nose to tail!

Total amount: $500 = $16/lb

What you get (30+ lbs of beef): With the purchase of this package, you can expect the following approximate breakdown:

• 4 comfort cuts & roasts (an assortment of round roasts, chuck roasts, tri-tip, ribs, brisket, cross-cut shank, stew meat, etc.)
• 6 steaks (an assortment of ribeye, filet mignon, NY Strip, top sirloin, flat iron, skirt, flap, etc.)
• 14 lbs of ground beef (we include our ancestral blend upon request)
• beef tallow, liver, heart, oxtail, kidneys, spleen, and tongue are available as add-ons at special bulk beef pricing. (You can give us a call when ordering to speak directly with the rancher and discuss what parts of the animal we can get you!)

With this USDA-inspected and finely butchered product, all the work is already done for you. You receive the beef delivered to your door. Our packaging is all vacuum sealed with clear plastic, and fully labeled so you know exactly what you’re pulling out of the freezer to thaw!

Storage: You can fit this package in a normal home freezer. For reference, a normal kitchen freezer is about 5-6 cubic feet (less if you have an ice maker).

When do I get my beef? Delivery usually takes about 4 weeks from the time of deposit. However it can take up to 2 months to receive your order depending on what stage of the harvesting process we are at. The longer lead times are dependent on when the animals are ready to harvest. We will be in touch with an estimated date of delivery.

Refund Policy  

All deposits are non-refundable. It’s important to understand that by reserving your share of our herd your deposit is used to plan the buying, raising, and processing of your cow for you. We appreciate your understanding of this and advise that deposits can be transferred to another person if needed. Thank you for trusting us to raise your beef.
